The Coarse burger, which features a custom grind double patty made of brisket, short rib and ground chuck, is an early favorite of diners.
The arugula salad ($13) is prepared with almonds, blueberries, red onions, dried cranberries, shaved Parmesan, and an apple-cider vinaigrette.
