UPDATE: A Glenview woman who was reported missing at 10 p.m. Thursday, June 20, was located at about 2:30 p.m. Friday, June 21, and is safe, according to Glenview officials. 

The 36-year-old woman was found shortly after Village officials put out a press release seeking help with the police department's search.


Posted earlier: The Glenview Police Department is asking for help locating a Glenview woman who was reported missing Thursday by her family, according to a release from the department.

A 36-year-old Glenview woman was reported missing at 10 p.m. Thursday, June 20, by her family and friends, who last spoke to her around 4:30 p.m. that day.

She is about 5 feet, 2 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds and has light brown hair and green eyes. Police believe she was last seen wearing capri-style jeans and a light-colored sweatshirt with a hood, the release states.

Glenview Police “are concerned for her well-being” and detectives from the department are continuing to investigate.
