The Glenview Police Department arrested Robert S. Gould, 62, of the 400 block of Burton Avenue, at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22, in the 1900 block of Tower Drive in Glenview, where Gould had set up a meeting with a 13-year-old he had been speaking to on SnapChat, according to a release from the department.
